1st Source Lighting Factory Warranty
Ballasts: First year of ballast warranty may be facilitated by 1st Source Lighting upon customer request. Remainder of ballast warranty must be directed through ballast manufacturer. Please refer to links provided below for ballast manufacturer warranty replacement. Contact 1st Source Lighting for specific ballast brand if not known.
Lamps: 1st Source Lighting first year lamp replacement coverage only applies to Sylvania Icetron and Philips QL induction lamps. First year non-induction lamp replacement must be or directed through lamp manufacturer.
Craftsmanship and all other non lamp/ballast components are warrantied for five years by 1st Source Lighting.
All warranty inquiries are subject to approval. Warranty coverage begins on date of invoice. Product damaged due to installation error or power fluctuations beyond component rating are not covered under warranty. Please consult factory for complete details and warranty replacement instructions. Warranty replacement orders received without approval will not be processed or returned to customer.
